Through partnerships between China Post and the local mail delivery services of 30+ countries around the world (such as USPS and Canada Post) we can proudly offer Fast, Free, Worldwide Shipping!

Please note all prices will be converted into US Dollars upon purchase. Non-USD prices shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to USD.

  • How Can I Track My Order?
    • Shipping Confirmation along with Tracking Information will be emailed to you as soon as it’s available after your purchase. Usually within 48 hours but in rare cases up to 7 days. If you have not received shipping confirmation and/or tracking information within 7 days, please hit us up!
    • International Tracking will be provided to you along with your shipping confirmation email - through 17track.
    • The same tracking number provided to you will also work with your local postal service, such as USPS or Canada Post.
      • When will I receive my goodies?
      • I have only received part of my order - where are my other goodies?
        • There is a chance your goodies will be shipped from different locations - depending on what is ordered. Never fear tho! We provide separate tracking information if it applies! And, as alway, hit us up if you need any help.
      • Can I rush my order?
        • Since we offer Free Worldwide Shipping, we do not offer expedited shipping or rush delivery. Please allow ample delivery time when ordering for specific festis, holidays or events. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
