Our Policy is No Returns or Exchanges - unless your goodies are defective and attention is brought to us within 1 week of the scanned delivery date. Please triple check correct address, items, quantities, sizing, colors, etc. when ordering. No refunds or replacements will be given for non delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Cancellation & Refund is only available within the processing window. Once your order is marked fulfilled and a tracking number is generated, it will be too late to stop or change shipping! Your order will already be on it’s way to the address provided.
